Carol is a graduate of the University of South Australia in Applied Science. She holds a Diploma in Business Services (Frontline Management), and TAA Cert 4.
Carol is a past councillor with the Australian Institute of Training and Development, a member of Australian Institute of Management and a member of the American Society of Training and Development.
With a range of employment experience in Health, Welfare, Education, Retail Sales, Real Estate and Financial Management, Carol is well equipped to handle a broad range of client assignments.
As an accredited master trainer in DiSC, Stress management, Time and Stress Management programmes, and accredited to certify others in persolog DISC assessment and accreditation programmes, along with Belbin Team Role Inventory, SATURN cultural change programmes, International Sales and Customer Service products, BEST Fit Behavioural Interviewing, Situational Leadership, Franklin Covey and DDI, Carol’s special expertise lies in relationship skills transfer through her participative style.
Carol’s special interest areas include frontline management, customer service, coaching, leadership development, sales, stress management and team development.
